Board Members - 2023

Robin is an independent insurance agent licensed in multiple states. She specializes in living benefits life insurance, mortgage protection, and tax-free savings retirement savings plans.
Robin customizes a plan to meet the goals of her clients while working within their budgets. She is passionate about helping people protect themselves and their families.

Robin joined Top of the Bay board in May, 2017 and became Chairwoman in January, 2019.

As a Realtor for the past eleven years Michele has been able to guide buyers and sellers through the maze of a purchase or sale to help clients realize their real estate goals.  She does this by listening to her clients and supporting them with market knowledge and advice from the perspective of someone who has her hands in the market every day.

Prior to working in real estate she was employed as a sales representative in the medical publishing industry.

A native of New Jersey, she moved to Chesapeake City in 2007 to enjoy the wonderful boating.  Michele enjoys exploring and showing off the beauty of the Chesapeake Bay and Delmarva Peninsula.

Michele joined Top of the Bay in 2013.

Treasurer, 2021

Autumn is a lifelong resident of Cecil County.  She owns and operates Crouse Auto Body, Inc and ACM Insurance Agency in Elkton.  Autumn’s business goals have always been to be an advocate for her customers and help them to navigate through the auto repair and insurance industries.  She has worked at Crouse Auto Body, Inc. for 33 years, and has owned ACM Insurance Agency for 13 years and has been a licensed property and casualty agent for 18 years.

Autumn was the treasurer at her church for 7 years previously, led her church’s group for "Christmas In April" and volunteered for the Elk Creek Preservation Society for years at the annual Apple Butter Festival. 

Autumn has been a member of Top of The Bay Business Women since 2010 and became Treasurer in 2021.

Kelly Fields

Secretary, 2023

Kelly has been  a resident of Cecil County since early childhood.  She is  a firm believer in women supporting other women in business and in life. Kelly has been the office manager for the private medical practice of Marc Scheiner, M.D, since 2004. Representing the only surgical dermatology practice in Cecil County, Maryland, she has attended numerous health fairs to engage with the community and has presented information about skin cancer prevention, screening, and treatment in different group settings.  

Personally, Kelly has volunteered in various roles over the years with Cecil County Animal Services, Chesapeake City Little League, Bo Manor Junior Football, Girl Scouts of Chesapeake Bay, and most recently, the Chesapeake City Ecumenical Association. She resides in southern Cecil County with her son and daughter.  

Kelly joined Top of the Bay Business Women in 2021 and was inducted as Secretary in January 2023. 

Sherry Martin

Networking and Social Media, 2019

Sherry is a Pink Cadillac Driving Independent Executive Sr Sales Director at Mary Kay.  She started her Mary Kay business in February 1999 after being released at her job in banking for the second time. Sherry is a mother of three adult children & currently resides in Chesapeake City.  Sherry brings vast experience in Marketing through her various positions throughout Corporate America.  

Sherry guides and trains her team in lead generation, customer relations & customer service as well as team & business building.  Since the time she debuted as a leader in one of the TOP FORTUNE 500 Companies in the Direct Selling Industry she led her team and unit of Sales Consultants to the Number One Position in the state of Delaware and now is climbing up the scoreboard in Maryland.

Sherry has earned 14 career cars in Mary Kay.  Eight of them have been Pink Cadillacs.  

Sherry joined Top of the Bay in 2008.

Georgia Peters
 

Event Coordinator, 2023

Georgia is an Air Force veteran, a mother of four adult children and a grandmother of 11.  She has owned and operated a wellness company since 1980 and recently her daughter joined her business venture.  She has been a Certified Nutrition Counselor since 1994 and enjoys helping people obtain their best health.  Georgia obtained her bachelor of science degree in Business Management at the young age of 61 graduating with a 4.0 GPA and high honors.  Georgia and her husband raised their four children in North East, but moved to the Georgia mountains (a lifetime dream) in 2013.  Her husband passed away in 2020 and she moved back to North East, "continuing where she left off" with new visions for the next decade of her life.
